Job Title: Customer Experience Assistant
Salary: £12ph
Location: Cheshunt
Contract: Temporary, ongoing basis
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm
Client: We are a dynamic company seeking an experienced and proactive Customer Experience Assistant to join their team. If you're organised, efficient, and have a knack for keeping things running smoothly, this role is perfect for you!
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Greet and assist visitors with a welcoming and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
2. Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently, providing information or redirecting inquiries as appropriate.
3. Handle and distribute mail and packages promptly, ensuring accurate delivery to the intended recipients.
4. Maintain breakout areas and coffee machines, ensuring cleanliness and availability of supplies for a comfortable environment.
5. Manage email queries and correspondence, responding promptly and effectively to support internal and external communication.
Skills & Experience Required:
1. A confident and enthusiastic person able to mix with all types of people and to provide a friendly, natural professional public image.
2. Pro-active.
3. Great IT skills with experience of using a range of technology.
4. Conscientious and efficient with an eye for detail and pride in their work.
5. Great as part of a team as well as working on their own when the need arises.
6. Flexible - willing to do what it takes to make the centre a success.
