Job Description
Our team is looking to hire a dynamic, proactive, and highly motivated professional to join our Marketing Team to provide maternity cover, with a particular focus on Marketing Communications activity.
This multifaceted role will help shape and execute our internal and external communication strategies and initiatives, including supporting the team to deliver impactful events, engaging communications, and monitor and optimise our digital footprint, to increase the visibility, awareness, and perception of the brand among all key stakeholders.
You will be involved in creating engaging content, assisting with internal and external communications and digital marketing, and facilitating collaboration across departments to ensure strategic alignment.
We’re looking for a fast learner with a creative mindset, excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Align marketing communications with business strategies and support content creation, event planning, and marketing projects.
* Assist in developing internal communication strategies to engage employees and ensure messaging consistency across teams.
* Collaborate with the Spain MarComms team on the global newsletter and internal communications.
* Create engaging content for social media, blogs, and email newsletters while ensuring brand consistency.
* Support event planning and execution, including logistics, marketing, and performance analysis.
* Facilitate cross-department collaboration to maintain cohesive brand messaging and strategic alignment.
* Assist in ESG, charity, and employer branding initiatives in coordination with relevant teams.
* Contribute to digital strategies, including SEO, PPC, website updates, and social media content planning.
* Analyze digital marketing performance and provide insights to optimize online engagement.
* Work with Marketing Operations to improve automation and streamline processes.
Key Skills and Experience
* Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and technology tools (such Monday.com, Hubspot, Salesforce, GoToWebinar)
* Working with Microsoft Office software and collaboration tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint etc.)
* Adept at understanding and utilising social media channels and platforms for effective communication and marketing strategies.
* Willingness to learn and apply principles of Search Engine Optimisation, Paid Ads and other marketing tactics to enhance online presence.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative and engaging content
* Proactive, enthusiastic individual who likes to find solutions and think outside the box
