Job Opportunity
This role requires an analytical mind and an eye for detail, to enable you to produce reports and manipulate data from a variety of sources. As Data Officer, you will provide regular updates to local management and will get involved with a variety of projects across the service. As well as this, you will support the administration of the Data Management system and will ensure good working relationships are established and maintained both internally and externally with service providers, commissioners and other interested parties. This is a varied and interesting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the importance of maintaining accurate data and being part of a collaborative team. This is a part time, fixed term position working 22.5 hours per week until 31/03/2026. The salary is £23,821 to £29,000 per annum pro rata. A full job description and person specification is available on request at recruitment@wearewithyou.org.uk.
Essential Skills
It’s important that you are a team player and have a real passion for the impact that data can have on our service delivery. As well as this, we’re looking for:
* Knowledge and understanding of collating data and managing database packages
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* A successful track record of delivering data-based training to groups and individuals
* Able to interpret and present data in an appropriate way for different audiences
* Experience of producing and collating performance reports
* Excellent planning and time management skills
* High degree of analytical and problem solving skills
We are looking for positive and motivated candidates who are able to communicate with a wide range of people and in different settings. You will also be results driven, highly organised with excellent time management skills.

There will be a two stage interview process. This will include a one hour Excel based data task to assess your data skill level, including the use of AVERAGEIF, CONCATENATE, COUNTIFS, IF, SUM, VLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting, Chart and Pivot Table creation.
