As an HR Administrator focusing on recruitment, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring smooth operations and an excellent candidate experience. As an HR Administrator - Recruitment, you will: Administer the recruitment process from start to finish, including posting job advertisements, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate communication. Assist with candidate screening and shortlisting, reviewing CVs and application forms. Organise and schedule interviews, including coordinating with hiring managers and candidates. Maintain and update recruitment databases, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping. Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including preparing offer letters, contracts, and other HR documents. Monitor and track recruitment metrics, reporting on key performance indicators to support recruitment strategies. What we’re looking for: Experience in a recruitment or HR administrative role. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage candidates at all stages of the recruitment process. Proficiency in using HRIS systems and recruitment platforms (e.g., Applicant Tracking Systems).
