Your mission as Senior Project Management is to:
1. Supporting HR, Finance and IT-teams of the Sherpany organisation to effectively integrate into the Datasite IT-landscape.
2. Work across teams and organisations to ensure collaboration and achieve common goals.
3. Drive the definition of business requirements and the scope.
4. Build and maintain a project plan/roadmap.
5. Ensure the timely execution of the plan while continuously adapting to according to the changing circumstances.
6. Minimizing unnecessary distraction of the organizations through excellent change management and smooth transitions.

7. You understand fundamentals of a modern SaaS-based IT landscape.
8. You have working experience preferably as a scrum master or project manager in an fast paced and agile environment
9. You are highly organised and a strong communicator who can effectively multitask and prioritise as needs evolve
10. You are an experienced change manager with a track record of ensuring smooth transitions
11. You can lead regular team meetings to determine progress, set momentum, remove barriers, and actively address internal and external risks and dependencies
12. You are able to communicate effectively between a variety of technical and non-technical stake holders (junior to c-level).
13. You are fluent in english.
