Seasonal Neighbourhood Seasonal Operative – 2x positions available – Fixed-term for 6 months
As we continue to grow, Tai Tarian is looking for self-motivated, enthusiastic, Seasonal Neighbourhood Operative to support the Land Management team for the end of Summer season by being part of a team in the undertaking of grounds and environmental maintenance tasks, creating a positive first impression of our buildings, land, homes, and communities by ensuring they are professionally maintained generating an environment that is welcoming, safe, hygienic, and homely.
This role is for a fixed-term period of 6 months with a starting salary of £23,150.16 a year.
About the role
The successful Seasonal Neighbourhood Operative will be working as part of our Property and Land Services team, supporting the Land Management team in working to achieve operational targets and service standards, following a well-established set of job objectives and processes to safely produce work of a high standard.
You will work as part of a small team, mowing and strimming grass, weeding, litter picking, hedge cutting, pruning, maintaining shrubs and flower beds. The role would involve grass cutting using specialist equipment, such as commercial strimmers, ride-on mowers, and commercial hedge cutters.
