An excellent opportunity has arisen for a skilled Private Client Assistant to join a well-established legal team. This role is ideal for an organised and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is keen to support experienced Private Client Solicitors.
To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:
Experience working within a Private Client department
The ability to work independently, carrying out searches, ID checks, and progressing files without dictation
Strong attention to detail with excellent speed and accuracy
A confident and professional telephone manner, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
A highly organised and adaptable approach to work
Within this position, you’ll also be:
Providing essential support to Private Client Solicitors to ensure the smooth running of the department
Drafting correspondence and legal documents using a case management system
Handling client interactions both over the phone and in person
Managing filing systems, including opening, closing, and archiving client files
Preparing and dispatching mail and enclosures
Scanning, photocopying, and handling administrative duties as required
Salary & Working Hours
Salary is £26,000
