Are you looking to be part of a mission-driven global healthcare organisation that’s scaling rapidly across multiple continents? We're looking for a high-energy, enthusiastic Risk Consultant to join our London HQ and help shape the future of governance and risk management across an international business.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and is eager to build, shape, and grow with a newly formed risk function. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and ready to roll up their sleeves — perfect for someone looking to take the next step in their risk career and gain international exposure.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Support the global rollout of a new enterprise-wide Risk Governance Framework across multiple regions
* Partner with stakeholders in clinical, finance, legal, IT, and operations to strengthen risk oversight and reporting
* Facilitate and manage Risk Committee operations across HQ and international markets
* Deliver training and embed risk culture through second-line assurance, frameworks, and functional governance
* Coordinate closely with internal audit teams and help align risk strategy with business priorities
* Contribute to a proactive risk culture where governance is seen as a driver of growth and performance
What You’ll Bring
* Around 3+ years of experience in Risk Management, Internal/External Audit, or Controls Governance
* Familiarity with risk frameworks, RCSAs, KRIs, dashboards, and assurance testing
* Confident communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and regions
* Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
* Comfortable managing competing priorities in a hands-on, high-impact role
* Willingness to travel up to 30% internationally
What Will Set You Apart
* Passion for improving systems, structures, and outcomes — not just ticking boxes
* Experience working in international or multi-market environments
* Exposure to M&A, operational risk frameworks, or internal audit methodologies
* A mindset geared toward learning, growth, and long-term impact
Please note: This role requires a minimum of four days per week in our West London office. Remote or hybrid flexibility beyond this cannot be accommodated.
If you’re excited by the idea of joining a business that’s scaling globally and making a real impact in healthcare — and you bring energy, drive, and an appetite for growth — we’d love to hear from you.
