About the role
The desired Humanities Teacher must have experience teaching Humanities to Key Stage 3 (KS3), Key Stage 4 (KS4) & Key Stage 5 (KS5). This school believes Humanities teaches so much more than just facts and dates; History is about people- it teaches us about difference and diversity.
This is a large school based in the heart of Skegness. It provides 11-19 education for up to 1190 pupils, including 340 post-16. The vision is to deliver first class education for pupils in a happy and secure environment so they can reach their full potential with no limit on what they can achieve.
Requirements
To be considered for the position of Humanities Teacher, you will:
1. Have experience teaching History to KS3 and KS4.
2. Excellent communication and inter UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
3. Have a passion for teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons.
4. Hold, or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS, registered to the Update Service
