Coordinate and administer the material procurement process including quotation analysis on a project by project basis.Support and coordinate the Subcontractor procurement process including the preparation of tender packages, coordination of TQ's and collation of tender responses and distribution of contract documentation.Coordinate with project QS to establish Subcontractor verifications including HMRC requirements.Coordinate, develop and process documentation for the control of Client Extras in liaison with Sales team personnel.Coordinate/manage the NHBC registration process including, new site setup, plot registration, payment requests and invoice coding.Ensure Safety Management Advisory Services (SMAS) requirements are satisfied and currentGenerate Building Standards Sustainability Certs and upload to View Point.Monthly on-site consumables - create and issue monthly ordersMonthly Prelim and S&M Monitor updatesAssist Commercial team with Site Stream purchase order process.Assist Commercial team with sundry applications for payment.Registration and coordination of the Road Bonding processGeneral Admin DutiesGeneral administration assistance to the Commercial teamAttend and take notes for team meetings and issue Actions/Minutes accordingly - where requiredAssist with the preparatio...
