This is an exciting role for a dynamic and motivated individual to work collaboratively across the NHS providers in Surrey Heartlands ICS to manage and deliver multiple Trust Provider Collaborative programmes. The role provides the opportunity to progress numerous clinical programmes to deliver patient benefits, with working at a senior level across NHS providers and regional infrastructure. The role suits a hard-working and committed individual who is able to build positive working relationships while delivering a complex programme of work, with the need to take the initiative, work autonomously, and understand the bigger picture across the partnership. We're seeking candidates with programme management experience who have a good understanding of the NHS landscape, coupled with the ability to lead the delivery of programmes which contribute to a portfolio of large-scale change. Key Requirements: Programme Management/PMO experience and best practice knowledge Experience of leading large-scale change within complex/collaborative environments Familiarity with the NHS landscape, collaborative working and understanding of the national healthcare agenda. Ability to establish and maintain effective partnerships with diverse organisations and stakeholders Demonstrated capability to plan over short, medium and long term timeframes and respond to sudden, unexpected demands Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills Proficiency in IT software, inc.
