Key Responsibilities:
1. Source and attract candidates using various methods including job boards, social media, and networking.
2. Conduct initial screening and interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for specific roles.
3. Maintain and update candidate databases to ensure accurate and timely information.
4. Work closely with Recruitment Consultants to understand client requirements and deliver suitable candidates.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
6. Support the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all parties involved.
7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to provide informed recruitment advice and support.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in recruitment, preferably within the construction sector.
2. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms for sourcing candidates.
6. A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving targets.
