Support pupils during transitions and daily routines, whether in the classroom or during outdoor sessions. Emotional Well-being: Help pupils regulate their behaviour and emotions. Encourage positive interactions and social skills, both within the school premises and in beautiful natural settings. Assessment and Communication: Contribute to formal SEND assessments. Share valuable insights with families and home schools, ensuring a holistic approach to each child’s development.
