Job Description What you’ll do This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a Complex Care Assistant. You will have full training and clinical support to develop and enhance skills in various complex areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care plus so much more We care for and support people of all ages, in the community, and in their homes, with Spinal Cord injury, Muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries and many other complex needs. Every day will be different. And you’ll never know what challenges you’re about to face next. One thing you can be sure of though, is that you’ll be making your clients’ days brighter, whilst developing your skills and knowledge. This care package is more social than it is clinical, as the client likes to go out regularly for a multitude of social events. Whether it be swimming, to day trips out to the zoo or even if it just a stroll through the local community, each day is different and will be brighter than the last with your support.
