Scope: Co-ordination and execution of customer orders in accordance with their requirements and/or procedures based on PSA BDP Ethics.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
2. Effectively manage Ocean Export LCL and FCL shipments from start to finish.
3. Punctual and flawless order handling and documentation.
4. Follow SOPs and update accordingly.
5. Submitting VGM through CNS & Destin8.
6. Prepare and complete full export documentation and send pre alerts within set KPI.
7. Submitting AMS / ACI / ISF for relevant shipments.
8. Sending EDI bookings and SI to carriers.
9. FCL and LCL Quotations upon request.
10. Manage multiple shipments simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
11. Operational troubleshooting.
12. Non-conformance reporting in accordance with the KPIs.
13. Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations, customs requirements, and trade compliance policies.
14. Meeting financial end of month deadlines both accruals and sales invoices.
Qualifications / Experience:
1. +3 years of detailed experience in logistics and forwarding operations/regulations and documentation.
2. Preferably a professional degree from a licensed educational institution specialized in logistics and forwarding.
3. Computer literacy with Microsoft Software applications and/or other market-leading software applications.
