About the role: This role is located near Uxbridge town centre and consists of supporting young people with profound multiple learning disabilities (PMLD), with students requiring support with personal care and medication by trained professionals. This setting caters to 16 – 19 year olds with PMLD needs.

A successful candidate in this role will:
- Have a child and adult DBS on the update service (can be applied for through Teaching Personnel)
- Have training for medication delivery (PEGS).
- Able to support students in wheelchairs both in the college and the community.
- Moving and handling training (would be updated in house).
- Happy to perform personal care.
