Job Introduction
Volkswagen Evesham is excited to invite a passionate and driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will sell both new and used vehicles, working closely with customers to provide outstanding service and ensure they have an excellent experience throughout their purchase journey.
The hours of work are between Monday to Saturday, with a day off in the week.
Benefits include use of a company car and an OTE of £55,000.
Role and Responsibilities
Sell and promote new and used vehicles in alignment with dealership and manufacturer policies.
Take ownership of your deals by creating quotations, completing finance proposals, and helping customers finalize their finance documents.
Assist in the day-to-day operations of the sales department during holiday and sickness periods, stepping up when needed to support the management team.
Create and maintain a customer-friendly sales environment, ensuring the showroom is well-maintained and presented.
Handle customer inquiries (via phone, walk-ins, and email), guiding them through our vehicle range and offering tailored advice and information.
Achieve and exceed sales targets for both vehicles and secondary offerings, including accessories and financial services.
