Key Responsibilities: • Supporting the delivery of high-quality EYFS teaching. • Creating a warm and inclusive environment where children feel safe and inspired to explore. • Assisting in the planning and implementation of engaging, play-based learning activities. • Observing and documenting children’s development, ensuring they meet their milestones. • Providing targeted support to children with additional needs or specific learning goals. • Building strong, professional relationships with parents and carers to foster a collaborative approach to each child’s learning journey.
