Responsibilities:
1. Deliver training sessions to new and existing staff in adult care.
2. Develop training materials and programs tailored to the needs of the team.
3. Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions.
4. Provide ongoing support and guidance to trainees.
5. Stay updated on best practices and changes in the adult care sector.
Qualifications:
1. Experience in adult care, preferably in a managerial or training role.
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
3. Ability to engage and inspire learners.
4. Relevant qualifications in health and social care.
