The role…..
This is an exciting opportunity to become a Team Leader within Neurology HRI.
Our Team Leaders lead and motivate our clinical administration teams in supporting our clinical colleagues and key stakeholders to deliver the very best care for our patients.
You will support the Hub 3 Neurology Team with their work whilst supporting & motivating the team.
You will required to work at HRI.
You will oversee the outpatient, inpatient and secretarial departments within Neurosurgery, adhering to performance targets and identifying continuous service improvements.
You’ll be required to analyse performance data ensuring high standards of operational integrity, using the data to coach and develop your team.
As an advocate for the clinical administration service, you will be a visible role model promoting the work and achievements of our teams.
