Our client, a franchised car dealership in the KT postcode area of Surrey, is currently looking to recruit a Car Sales Executive who will not only be responsible for selling cars but also for providing a great customer experience.
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Customer Satisfaction (CSI): You will build trust, communicate effectively, and exceed our customer’s expectations while providing a service-based experience. You will maximize all opportunities through prospecting, follow-up calls, inbound telephone inquiries, walk-in prospects, and Internet inquiries. You will develop customer relationships through qualification and create an effective first impression.
2. You will be expected to maximize profit by following the sales process and achieving the monthly KPIs for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration, and add-on products.
3. You will accurately and vigorously collect all customer contact and vehicle data (adhering to the Company’s FCA obligations) to maximize the quality and content of the customer database.
About You:
* You will need to possess at least 2 years’ experience working as a Sales Executive within the Motor Trade with a stable CV.
* You must be a well-presented individual with the desire, character, and attitude to succeed.
* You should have the ability to quickly establish and build rapport with our customers, being friendly, warm, and welcoming.
