This role will deliver an amazing experience for their people across the whole of the Talent cycle. You will work closely with the Director of People and Organisation Development to shape and coordinate Talent Management and OD so our Clients people have the right support and development to thrive from entry-level to senior leadership. This Organisation Development Manager role is a 6 Month FTC – Part Time 2-3 days per week. HYBRID working with some travel Kent/ London. As an Organisation Development Manager, you will: Partner with managers to drive improvements in organisational effectiveness, talent management, development, retention and employee engagement, ensuring they attract and retain top talent and diverse candidates across the organisation Partner with and influence managers and other stakeholders to drive a positive and conscious culture Support the design and delivery of leadership and management development programmes for managers and professionals Develop and implement academy programmes to support the professionalisation and development of job families Identify and analyse existing team structures and talent needs, and recommend areas for improvement and organisational effectiveness, capability enhancement and future growth Develop and implement role competencies and induction programmes for job families in collaboration with the Learning & Development Manager. Incorporate a wide range of delivery methods including face-to-face, virtual and digital with a focus on increased accessibility of learning opportunities. Design and implement a colleague engagement framework with the sole purpose of enabling and empowering colleagues to have their say, share ideas and provide agile feedback about their role, working environment and the overall business. Work with the People Manager/Team to deliver equality, diversity and inclusion strategies with a focus on talent attraction and retention. Implement succession planning and development plans, providing insight and analysis, and coaching managers in developing succession and development strategies for their talent.
