Due to continuous growth, we now require a full-time EU Inventory Coordinator to join our busy Operations and work alongside the EU Inventory & Procurement Lead.
The EU Inventory Coordinator/Specialist is responsible for planning and overseeing assembly processes and transportation operations between the EU warehouse in the Netherlands and co-packing facilities in The Netherlands and Belgium. This role ensures optimal inventory levels for supply and efficient assembly workflows while supporting cross-functional collaboration between sales, procurement, logistics, and production teams.
Reporting to the EU Inventory & Procurement Lead, duties will include:
1. Oversee assembly operations for the EU by coordinating 5 co-packing facilities in the Netherlands and Belgium.
2. Develop and maintain assembly schedules, ensuring timely production and fulfillment of customer orders based on demand forecasts and current stock levels.
3. Coordinate with the EU warehouse logistics team to ensure timely & cost-efficient delivery of assembly components.
4. Work closely with internal teams (Goods Outwards and Sales Account Managers) to ensure on-time inventory availability.
5. Provide regular updates and reports to the EU Inventory and Procurement Lead on inventory statuses, assembly progress, and potential issues.
6. Use a high level of attention to detail to maintain and update administrative stock movements in the system, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
7. Support additional operational tasks and responsibilities as the role evolves.
Required Skills and Experience:
1. Previous experience in a similar inventory, supply chain, or logistics role is preferred.
2. Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
5. Openness to travel overseas as and when required for business needs.

Pay: £27,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
