Our client, a leading UK property consultancy, is seeking a RICS qualified Rural Chartered Surveyor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on diverse projects across the UK, utilising your expertise in rural land management.
Position Overview
As a Rural Chartered Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing a portfolio of rural estates, providing strategic advice, and driving diversification initiatives to optimise the value and potential of these properties.
Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day estate operations and agricultural tenancies
* Identify maintenance needs and implement planned maintenance programmes
* Develop diversification strategies, including renewables and business opportunities
* Prepare digital plans and implement computerised estate terriers
* Collaborate with teams to develop strong internal processes
* Strategically work cross-departmentally to drive sales and efficiency
Requirements
* RICS qualified with relevant rural land management experience
* Strong negotiation, presentation, and multitasking skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
* Self-motivated team player with a drive to succeed
* CAAV qualification and rural valuation experience (desirable)
