Little Elms is a family-run business where people really matter, feel valued, and have a voice. Our Bromley nursery is looking for Nursery Assistants and Nursery Practitioners to work as bank staff covering shifts on a zero hours contract.

Ideal Candidate Requirements
* A full & relevant Level 2 or above qualification in Early Years
* Experience working in a nursery
* An interest in working with young children (from 0-5 years)
* Team player
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal
* Ability to use initiative
* A passion for the Early Years
* This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Certificate and employment references. *

* Building and maintaining effective partnerships with parents.

* Strong communication skills are essential, both verbal and written.
* Ability to use own initiative, always prioritising the needs of the children.
* Interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to build effective relationships with staff and parents.
* Ability to cope with change in a fast-paced environment is essential.
* Ability to work under pressure and with ever-changing priorities is essential.
