Location: Hybrid must be open to travel to Deloitte London office, workshops, when required.
Contract: 3 months with possible extension/conversion.

The role
We’re looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Time & Attendance Lead to work with one of our clients. You will have SAP Success Factors experience (see below) and provide client advisory support. You will lead workshops, conduct analysis of business processes and system configuration. You will own the design decision about the solution and contribute to the functional specification write-up. You will also have strong stakeholder management and advisory skills in advising the client on the solution, decision and outcome.
Key Skills/Experience
1. Must have certification and experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central .
2. Must have experience in Employee Central Time Off and the latest Employee Central Time Tracking functionality.
3. Experience of Employee Central Payroll is desirable but not essential.
4. Completed at least 3 projects in a lead role and be confident in Discovery and Design activities including leading client demo and requirements gathering sessions.
5. Strong stakeholder management expertise and client advisory skills is essential.
Deliverables (Responsibilities but not limited to);
1. During discovery, conduct analysis of the client's business processes and existing system configuration against standard NOVA (previously GSS) and SAP standard and best practice in Onboarding 2.0 SAP SuccessFactors Module.
2. Conduct discovery workshops to capture key design decisions about the solution.
3. Contribute to the functional specification write-up of the statement of work for the Onboarding 2.0 module for the subsequent phases.
4. Contribute to other workstream discussions and deliverables, in relation to the Onboarding module and business processes.
