Required Skills and Experience for this Teaching Assistant role: Minimum Level 2 Qualification UK school experience Ability to liaise with the class teacher, SENDCO, and other agencies to meet the needs of the pupils. Build effective relationships with pupils and staff. Experience supporting children with SEN. Experience within primary schools especially KS1. Effectively manage the behaviour and engagement of the children.
