We have an exciting opportunity to join our Web Marketing (Researcher Services) Team as a Web Marketing Executive, working in a small team with a particular focus on our suite of community websites.
The community websites enable us to engage with some of our key customer groups: This role will involve the curation and creation of trusted digital content, in line with content strategy and business positioning and will develop an understanding of customer needs and digital content trends to inform content marketing campaigns.
Plans, implements, reports on, and optimizes digital content, ensuring measures to track success (with an emphasis on Google Analytics data and keyword research).
Acts as a key project group member on multi-channel content marketing campaigns: maintaining planning, tracking and reporting; copywriting and proofreading; Supports research to understand channel, customer, competitor and market developments, feeding outcomes into team planning, process and best practice documentation.
Develops and utilises web traffic analysis, keyword research and on-page optimization skills to improve organic search visibility and drive traffic.
Creates visually appealing, user-friendly web page layouts which align with company/brand guidelines and advises on website content.
Identifies ways to repurpose existing content in the form of webinars, infographics, etc.
Grows and maintains key sources of internal information for the team, including SharePoint pages and project documentation.
Manages content calendars and schedules to ensure timely delivery of content across all channels.
Contributes ideas for, and provides feedback on, team innovations and strategy implementation, working towards a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
Experience in content marketing campaign delivery and an understanding of SEO principles and best practice.
Evidence-based approach to activities, with the ability to use data to inform all areas of work.
Excellent project management, copywriting and proofing skills with an eye for digital design.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
Experience with digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar.
Knowledge and ability of IT systems, including core MS Office packages and content management systems (CMS).

Taylor & Francis has flexible hybrid working options for how employees can work based on their role. The role will be predominantly working from home in the UK, with regular travel (at least 5 days a month) to our Head office (4 Park Square, Milton Park) or London office hub (240 Blackfriars Road) required.
