Mental Health Crisis Worker - Based in Southmead and Hengrove

If this is you and you want to make a difference, we would love to hear from you. We are recruiting for two part-time vacancies, four days per week, in Gloucester House, Southmead and three days per week in the Petherton Resource Centre, Hengrove.

If successful, you will be working within the Recovery Bristol Partnership delivering community health services in Bristol and Avon and Wiltshire Partnership Trust (AWP).
In The Job You Will Be
* Working with families, carers and friends and be working in a multidisciplinary team
* Building therapeutic relationships with service users
* Support a team caseload of severe and enduring mental health needs of service users
* An excellent communicator
* Receiving management and clinical supervision, together with group reflective practice
* Working day and night shifts to meet the needs of a 24/7 service
