Working for a Multi award-winning field marketing agency, who currently hold the title of Agency of the Year The position is to support the Head of New Business in a range of field and client related activities. The successful candidate is expected to attend Head Office and Client meeting numerous times a week with an ambition of moving to larger commercial roles in National Accounts. You will be required to unlock and develop new relationships with potential customers, enabling Tactical Solutions to meet its current growth targets. Develop a network of contacts throughout the retail industry; you will also be developing working relationships with every customer that allows Tactical Solutions access to key contracts and tactical activity. You will manage each individual activity ensuring customers' key KPIs are communicated, understood, and executed by all areas of Tactical Solutions. Clearly communicating to the customer, the difference made by Tactical Solutions to an activity by understanding the detail of our business and how that drives our ROI model. The Role will require you to: Identify potential clients and convert inbound enquiries, delivering revenue targets Write and present new business proposals to clients Deal with day-to-day inbound client enquiries Communicate directly with potential clients identified as target opportunities Support at key networking events, when required and attend client meetings Be able to think strategically to develop the appropriate customer solution Where appropriate assist onboarding of new customers over to the client team Work cross functionally with the marketing team to network effectively within potential customers, ensuring Tactical Solutions brand is known across all brands and divisions Proactively update Customer Contact database with all existing and new contacts Deliver all internal paperwork and policies and procedures to agreed deadlines and standards Utilise senior contacts to gain traction/momentum with potential clients Build and forecast future revenue by customer in line with channel plan Ideally suited for candidates wanting to develop into commercial roles with varied customers and broader responsibilities.
