Join our growing team as an IFA Administrator and play a key role in supporting Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) to deliver exceptional client service!
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to IFAs, ensuring smooth client interactions as a IFA administrator
* Process client applications, updates, and paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
* Maintain and update client records in the system, ensuring all data is current and compliant.
* Liaise with clients and providers to resolve queries and obtain necessary information.
* Assist with research and preparation of financial reports for clients.
* Handle general office administration, including filing, scanning, and maintaining documents.
* Ensure that all tasks comply with regulatory and company policiesas a IFA Administrator.
Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience in financial services administration is a plus, but not essential.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
* Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and colleagues.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with financial planning software is advantageous.
* A positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
