More about the role You will need you to be flexible throughout London (within Zones 1- 6) with the opportunity to work in our different store location. Our Assistant Store Managers have responsibility for the following: Analysis a variety of reports to measure the success of the store and team Working with KPIs to evaluate the stores performance and identify development areas Travelling to other stores, supporting store management teams as and when business needs Leading by example and providing guidance to all team members, making sure their personal objectives and the stores objectives are being met Working alongside the store manager to ensure the team delivers exceptional customer experiences. Supporting your store manager with team member progress meetings and appraisals to support with their career development Follow company guidelines for all cash handling including till transactions and cashing up Make sure the team always adhere to OB operational standards Have an approachable yet authoritative written and verbal communication style, in-keeping with the Oliver Bonas tone of voice.
