This role offers the chance to play a pivotal part in the design of new products and concepts that align with business needs.Your Responsibilities As a Design Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Designing and maintaining detailed technical drawings and schematics using 3D CAD software (currently Creo).
* Managing multiple projects in line with NPI (New Product Introduction) plans.
* Preparing manufacturing and process instructions for new products.
* Resolving manufacturing issues during the design and development phases.
* Collaborating with internal and external customers to ensure design objectives are met.
* Leading pre-production processes and design reviews for product handover to manufacturing teams.
* Supporting the development of test rigs and ensuring product compliance with industry standards.
