IT Project Manager
We seek an experienced IT Project Manager for a rapidly expanding organisation in the Warwickshire area. As a bridge between IT and business units, you will manage stakeholder expectations and ensure successful technology integration. You will plan and execute IT projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and to high-quality standards.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Lead IT projects, defining scope, goals, and deliverables.
2. Develop and track detailed project plans.
3. Coordinate internal and external resources for flawless execution.
4. Ensure resource availability and manage IT staff and contractors.
5. Measure project performance and analyse success.
6. Manage stakeholder relationships and communications.
7. Perform risk management and devise contingency plans.
8. Establish and maintain third-party/vendor relationships.
9. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
10. Adhere to budgetary guidelines and quality standards.
11. Conduct post-project evaluations for continuous improvement.
12. Stay updated on IT project management trends and technologies.
13. Facilitate change management for smooth technology adoption.
Qualification & Experience:
1. Proven success in managing IT projects.
2. Experience with Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2, or PMP methodologies.
3. Hands-on experience with enterprise software, system integrations, and various IT projects (infrastructure, storage, data/BI, hardware, cybersecurity).
4. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and cloud technologies.
5. Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
6. Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
7. Skilled in risk management and problem-solving.
8. Proficiency with project management tools.
9. Strong financial and budget management skills.
