About Us Talent Spaces is a Tech For Good company on a mission to disrupt and transform the recruitment industry. While many organisations recognise the importance of hiring teams reflective of society and the communities they serve, traditional hiring methods often perpetuate bias and limit access for under-represented talent. We believe the industry must evolve to create equitable systems that enable all individuals to thrive. Through our partnerships with leading UK employers, we are building a future where inclusive hiring is the standard, not the exception, as we support them to make their hiring processes more equitable, inclusive, and accessible. This year has been a transformative one for Talent Spaces. We officially launched our Inclusive Hiring Certification Framework - grounded in research from 50 academic papers and 10 industry bodies - and established an external Certification Advisory Board.
