Are you a passionate and experienced public health nurse looking to support families and young children in the community? We are currently seeking a qualified and motivated Health Visitor to join our dynamic team, delivering the Healthy Child Programme and promoting health and wellbeing from pregnancy through to school age. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver the Healthy Child Programme through health and developmental reviews, screening, immunisations, and health promotion • Support parents and carers with advice on infant feeding, sleep, weaning, mental health, and child development • Assess family health needs and refer to appropriate services where necessary • Safeguard and protect children through early identification of risk and collaborative multi-agency working • Maintain accurate records and contribute to child protection case conferences and core groups • Work autonomously while contributing to a supportive and skilled team environment Requirements: • Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RN Child) with NMC registration • Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (SCPHN – Health Visitor) qualification • Excellent communication, assessment, and interpersonal skills • Experience in safeguarding and child protection • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload • Full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential) We Offer: • A welcoming, supportive team with strong clinical leadership • Ongoing training and CPD opportunities • Flexible working arrangements • The opportunity to make a lasting difference in the early years of life If you are committed to improving outcomes for children and families and want to be part of a passionate community-focused team, we’d love to hear from you
