Why do we need a Quality Manager?
Ensuring the delivery of high quality, safe services is fundamental at the MioCare Group, and we are looking for a dynamic, creative and committed individual to join our Quality and Performance Team.
The Quality Manager will play a key role in leading the development and implementation of a robust quality framework, supporting our services to maintain regulatory compliance and to remain CQC inspection-ready to achieve Good or Outstanding ratings across all areas.
Applicants must possess a management qualification at Level 5 or above, and experience of working in a regulated environment is desirable.
Some of the key duties will include:
* You will lead the Group approach to the design, development and implementation of a quality assurance framework to ensure regulatory compliance and to demonstrate evidence-based practice in all services.
* You will develop, lead and direct a robust and independent audit and inspection programme, identifying areas for improvement and disseminating learning to improve quality of service.
* You will contribute to the development, production, monitoring and review of key performance indicators, sourcing, analysing and interpreting a range of statistics and data to identify and highlight themes, trends, patterns and anomalies, formulating considered responses to inform strategy, decision making and to help manage the effectiveness of service delivery.
* You will lead, direct and support a team within the Quality and Performance service, to deliver an effective, efficient and professional service to the Group, providing high quality supervision and appraisal and encouraging and supporting personal development and growth of team members.
