Retail Property & Facilities Coordinator required to join Glasgow retail park
I am currently working with a leading Property Management company who operate several large retail parks across Scotland. The team are seeking to appoint an experienced Property & Facilities Coordinator to help manage their Glasgow retail park based near Easterhouse.
This role will have you overseeing the daily operation and running of 100+ retail units and their tenants. This is an office-based role where you will look after various aspects of H&S, compliance and contractor management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily operations of retail units and tenants.
2. Manage health & safety and compliance issues.
3. Handle contractor management.
4. Ensure property maintenance standards such as fire safety and legionella compliance.
Qualifications:
1. Knowledge of property maintenance and health & safety regulations.
2. NEBOSH/IOSH or similar certification is advantageous.
3. Strong problem-solving mindset and friendly demeanor.
4. Strong IT and organizational skills are essential.
5. Full driving license required.
You will work alongside the centre management within a lively and newly remodelled office. This role will offer flexible working and the opportunity for a home working day once settled in.
