We are seeking to appoint an efficient and organised clerical assistant with excellent inter-personal skills, a sense of humour and a proactive ‘can do’ attitude. The ideal candidate should be conscientious, have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure within our busy office.
The successful candidate will:
* Undertake reception duties, liaising with parents and staff.
* Manage manual & computerised records systems, including Arbor, Early Years Portal, Parent Pay and Prime.
* Undertake attendance procedures and monitoring.
* Have excellent level of ICT skills.
* Require excellent organisation and interpersonal skills.
* Be committed to joining a happy and effective team working alongside parents, pupils and staff in a professional and appropriate manner.
