Role Summary:
We are looking for an apprentice to support the integration of digital solutions to enhance our construction training business.
Job Description & Responsibilities:
* Provide technical assistance in the management and troubleshooting of digital systems, including hardware, software, and network-related issues.
* Handle user inquiries, resolve technical problems, install and update software, and maintain system performance.
* Ensure data security, perform regular backups, and support cybersecurity measures.
* Assist in setting up new devices, training users on digital tools, and ensuring compliance with IT protocols.
* Help to integrate digital solutions to improve business efficiency.
* Support the day-to-day operations of the business.
* General Administrative Tasks and Housekeeping Duties.
* Take stock of the existing digital solutions we have in place and prioritize which need improving first.
* Assist our instructors with digital technology.
Qualifications:
* 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)
Skills Required:
* Confidence using office suite (Excel, Word etc.)
* Ability to understand/or desire to learn basic website coding (Word Press etc)
* Competence in downloading apps and managing logins.
Personal qualities:
* A keen passion for technology
* Positive, enthusiastic, reliable.
