Developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices and procedures. Preparing and presenting financial reports to the management team. Ensuring all financial operations comply with legal standards and company policies. Coordinating budgeting and planning processes. Working closely with external auditors and managing internal controls. Leading and mentoring a team of accountants. Participating in the continuous improvement of accounting processes. Profile A successful Accounts Team Leader should have: A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field. Solid understanding of accounting and financial management principles. Proficiency in relevant accounting software and MS Office Suite. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
