Role Overview As an on-site Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for building long-lasting relationships with our customer by delivering exceptional customer service and maximising customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for raising quotations and managing the booking in and out process of calibration items. Additionally, you will be the point of contact for the administration of the asset management system and sourcing of new assets (calibration items) as required.
