Customer Service Advisor Location: Swindon, UK (Hybrid- 2 days in office) Salary: £23,000- £27,000 per annum Job Type: Permanent About the Role: As a Customer Service Advisor for our exclusive client, you will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries. You will provide exceptional service to maintain and enhance customer relationships and meet organisational and operational objectives. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. Build sustainable relationships and trust customer accounts through open and interactive communication. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Go the extra mile to engage customers. Requirements: Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. Excellent communication and presentation skills. The ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
