As a Behaviour Mentor or Teaching Assistant, you will support students with their learning, classroom engagement, and behaviour management. This experience will allow you to develop essential teaching skills while working alongside experienced educators, SEN specialists, and pastoral teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work one-to-one or in small groups to support students’ academic progress and classroom engagement.
* Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons, ensuring all students remain engaged.
* Implement behaviour management strategies and provide classroom support to students with additional needs.
* Develop strong relationships with students, acting as a mentor and positive role model.
* Help to design and deliver intervention programs to support student learning and behaviour.
* Support school-wide initiatives to improve student engagement and well-being.
