As a Wellbeing Advisor, you will help students navigate personal, social, health, and welfare challenges through meaningful interactions, workshops, and campus-wide initiatives. Wellbeing Advisor - Key Responsibilities: Individual & Group Support Provide one-to-one guidance on mental health and wellbeing. Deliver engaging workshops (e.g., mindfulness, emotional resilience). Host events to raise awareness of mental health and wellbeing issues. Collaboration & Referral Work closely with Student Support & Safeguarding (SS&S) teams to ensure students are connected to resources for issues like homelessness, counselling, and healthcare. Resource Development Partner with Counsellors and SS&S to maintain an up-to-date database of external support services. Create dynamic resources to support the college's pastoral care framework. Crisis Management & Safeguarding Be a key contributor to critical incident responses, supporting students during crises. Collaborate with Tutorial and Safeguarding colleagues to enhance tutorial programmes. Service Quality & Engagement Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of student wellbeing services. Participate in cross-college events, providing tailored wellbeing support and training. Wellbeing Advisor - You: What You'll Need: A deep understanding of mental health and wellbeing challenges faced by students. Proven experience in delivering wellbeing interventions, workshops, or similar activities. Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
