About the Role
We're looking for a Customer Service Adviser to join our team at KAO UK. Reporting into the Customer Support Operations Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a seamless experience from order to delivery. You'll resolve issues efficiently and provide outstanding service via phone and email. You'll also contribute to continuous improvement by identifying ways to enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. You will handle customer and colleague queries, ensuring effective problem resolution.
2. Keep customers informed about stock availability, potential delays, and order updates to maintain transparency and trust.
3. Support team operations and collaborate with colleagues across KAO UK divisions.
4. Process customer orders with accuracy, ensuring a smooth transaction experience.
5. Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
6. Participate in training sessions to develop your skills and grow within the role.
What We're Looking For
1. Education: GCSE or equivalent qualification.
2. Experience: Customer service experience preferred but not essential.
3. Industry Knowledge: A background in the beauty industry is preferred, but not required.
4. 1+ years of experience assisting customers through phone and email support, and the ability to work well with different teams.
