Cover Supervisor – Permanent Position
Location: Nottingham, Nottinghamshire

This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates or those with experience working with young people who are keen to step into an education setting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering pre-planned lessons in the absence of a teacher.
* Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring students remain engaged in their learning.
* Supporting students with their work and providing guidance where needed.
* Liaising with teaching staff to ensure a smooth handover of lesson materials.
* Upholding the school’s policies and maintaining a positive learning environment.
Person Specification:
* Experience working with young people (e.g. tutoring, coaching, mentoring) is desirable.
* Strong communication and classroom management skills.
* The ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
* A proactive and adaptable approach to working in a school setting.
* A degree or equivalent qualification is beneficial but not essential.
