Job Description
* Provide legal advice on all employment related matters
* Develop and implement employment policies and procedures
* Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
* Handle employment litigation matters
* Conduct internal investigations into employment matters
* Provide training to staff on employment law issues
* Advise on disciplinary and grievance procedures
* Work closely with HR and management teams
The Successful Applicant
A successful Employment Legal Counsel should have:
* Degree in Law (LLB) and a valid legal practice certificate
* Knowledge of employment law
* Experience in handling employment litigation
* Ability to give clear and concise legal advice
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Problem-solving and decision-making skills
