Our Tamworth based client, immediately requires an Administrator. Possible permanent positions following a successful trial period. Duties include booking in stock using Excel and Word. Putting invoices onto the system. Sending samples to customers. Organising stock in despatch to be collected. Answering phones/emails, filing. Chasing orders where needed. Dealing with Customer queries/complaints. Liaising with Transport Companies. Comply at all times with the requirements of the Company ISO Standards. Comply at all times with the requirements of the Company Health and Safety Standards. Any other duties as instructed by the Commercial Manager and Managing Director
Our client offers:
* Monday to Friday
* 08:00-16:30 or 08:30-17:00
* £12.50 per hour
