We are looking for a talented Chef De Partie, eager to contribute to our dynamic culinary team. This position is available as either a seasonal summer role or a full-time opportunity. Day-to-day of the role: Prepare and present high-quality dishes in line with our exceptional standards. Assist the Head Chef in the planning and development of menus. Ensure the kitchen's operational efficiency while upholding high standards of hygiene and safety. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and an excellent dining experience for our guests. Manage and train junior kitchen staff, fostering a supportive and professional environment. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and best practices. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
